- Every time you come in our trainers will take you through your workout, there's always plenty of laughs and you get to know the people depending on what session time you choose.
- To keep it varied we have 3 different workouts which change regularly: Strength, Boxfit bodyweight and Cardio. And they only take 30 minutes so you can live your life not live at the gym!
NEED SUPPORT WITH NUTRITION?
- Our dietitian will walk through with you on your food journey. You get a new recipe every week and access to our member's recipe database.
STRUGGLE TO STAY MOTIVATED?
- If you haven't been in for 2 weeks you get an email, and a text or call to see how you're doing because we care about how your'e doing and want you to get the most out of your membership!
